INTERNATIONAL
ORDER AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
TO ORDER:
Standards in stock will be shipped immediately, special order tools take 2 weeks or more to manufacture.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment for tools in U.S. dollars only. Payment can be made
with INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER, MasterCard or Visa, Direct deposit to
our account, or International Cashier's check made out in U.S. Funds.
International Cashier's Checks should be drawn on banks with branches
in the United States - otherwise additional charges may be necessary.
All orders shipped outside the continental U.S.A. must be prepaid.
MINIMUM ORDER: $20.00. There may be additional charges on Wire
Transfers.
SHIPPING:
We have shipped tools to over 45 countries, and have found the quickest
and least expensive is AIR MAIL or GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL. Please check
with your postal service to see if tools can be shipped insured into
your country. This will protect you in case of loss. If your country
does not insure, we can suggest Registered Mail, however, please be
aware that registered packages usually cannot be insured against loss.
Therefore, replacement of tools is your responsibility. We will try to
trace the tool when lost and help you to receive payment from the
postal system, but we are not responsible for lost tools.
Foreign:
Please advise at the time of ordering your shipper preference (see
below). We will quote shipping charges based on your preference:
AIR MAIL or GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL
Canadian:
PARCEL POST - FIRST CLASS or UPS

Note to Canadian Customers: Checks or Money Orders drawn against Canadian Banks add $2.00.
Insurance:
If your order total is greater than insurance limits allow, we will
divide the order into as many packages as needed and advise you of this
on the invoice.
RETURNS:
Returns for credit or replacement must be done within 45 days, and
include a copy of the invoice. No returns are allowed without prior
approval. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge and customer
still pays the shipping charge.
NSF CHECKS:
On checks returned to us for non-payment, we will charge a $25.00 fee.
DISCOUNTS:
None. These are factory prices.
European Customers:
Please include your vat number.
